A sealed jar or tin of caviar should be kept in the fridge around -2 to 0 Celsius (28 to 32 Fahrenheit) to preserve its freshness, flavor, and texture.

The amount of caviar you need will depend on the amount of people that will be enjoying it. As a rule of thumb, 28 grams (1 ounce) is enough for 1 to 2 people.

All our caviar products are ethically sourced from sustainable farms. We do not sell wild caviar. Wild caviar is illegal in many countries.
