Storing and Preserving our Salmon Caviar

Our salmon caviar can typically be stored for up to six weeks in a fridge when sealed. Please store your salmon caviar in the fridge as soon as it is received and taken out of our packaging.

Our salmon caviar is sold in 50g glass jars. We strongly recommend consuming each jar of salmon caviar in one sitting for the best experience. Once opened, a jar can typically be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours or at room temperature in its original packaging for up to 24 hours. Caught in the wild sustainably and ethically, each salmon is hand-picked at peak maturity using the latest filtering and ultrasound technology. The fish roe is extracted carefully and then filtered, inspected, cured, and aged. Once ready, the salmon roe is then immediately packaged and made available online for purchase to ensure ultimate freshness, flavour profile and texture.
