Storing and Preserving our Whitefish Caviar
Our whitefish caviar can typically be stored for up to six weeks in a fridge when sealed. Please store your whitefish caviar in the fridge as soon as it is received and taken out of our packaging.
We strongly recommend consuming our whitefish caviar in one seating for the best tasting experience. Once opened, it can typically be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours or at room temperature in its original packaging for up to 24 hours. Always consult the label for a precise recommended best-by date.
Shipping & Delivery
Our whitefish caviar is shipped the same day (for orders placed before 1:00 PM EST) and will typically arrive within 1 business day. Orders placed Wednesday afternoon through Sunday will ship on Monday and typically arrive on Tuesday.
Our caviar is shipped using a Next-Day (Overnight) shipping service and packaged carefully in temperature-controlled packaging to guarantee freshness.

How our Whitefish Caviar is Made
Caught in the wild sustainably and ethically, each whitefish is hand-picked at peak maturity using the latest filtering and ultrasound technology. The fish roe is extracted carefully and then filtered, inspected, cured, and aged. Once ready, the whitefish roe is then immediately packaged and made available online for purchase to ensure ultimate freshness, flavour profile and texture.
