Storing and Preserving our Tobiko Sushi Caviar

Our red tobiko (flying fish roe) can typically be stored for up to six weeks in a fridge when sealed. Please store your red tobiko caviar in the fridge as soon as it is received and taken out of our packaging.

We strongly recommend consuming our tobiko in one sitting for the best tasting experience. Once opened, it can typically be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours or at room temperature in its original packaging for up to 24 hours. Always consult the label for a precise recommended best-by date.

Caught in the wild sustainably and ethically, each flying fish is hand-picked at peak maturity using the latest filtering and ultrasound technology. The fish roe is extracted carefully and then filtered, inspected, cured, and aged.
