Storing and Preserving our Pressed Caviar Lingotto
Our pressed sturgeon caviar Lingotto can typically be stored for up to six months in a fridge when sealed. Please store your Lingotto in the fridge as soon as it is received and taken out of our packaging.
We strongly recommend consuming our pressed caviar in one sitting for the best tasting experience. Once opened, it can be stored in a zip lock or plastic container for a few weeks. Always consult the label for a precise recommended best-by date.

Our pressed caviar is sourced ethically and legally from the finest sturgeon aquaculture farms in Europe. Protecting this historic and endangered species is extremely important to our mission and 10% of our profits are donated to various organizations that work to protect wild sturgeons and restore their natural habitats around the world.
How our Pressed Sturgeon Caviar Lingotto is Made
To create Lingotto, fresh sturgeon caviar is left unpressed and placed in an oak wood mould to age for two months. This unique process gives Lingotto its characteristic flavour while preserving the natural properties of caviar. Lingotto can be served by slicing it into strips or grating it over food using a mandolin.
