Once opened, it can typically be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours or at room temperature in its original packaging for up to 24 hours. About White Sturgeon Caviar
Tradition caviar comes from the White sturgeon species found in the wild along the West Coast of North America from Alaska to California. The White sturgeon can grow well over 2.2 meters long (6.9 feet) and weigh over 600kg (1,800 lbs). Females can take over 10 years to mature and begin producing their precious roe (fish eggs).

We do not ship from Thursday to Sunday to prevent orders from arriving spoiled in case of shipment delays. Please put your caviar in the fridge as soon as possible once you receive your order.

For example, Ossetra caviar naturally comes in a range of colors from Golden Brown to Dark Brown so what you receive may differ slightly from what is pictures. If the color is significantly different, for example it is black instead of golden brown, please get in touch with us.
