Refund policy

CaviarHub.ca accepts returns of non-perishable goods within 30 days of the original purchase date. All perishable goods are guaranteed to be fresh upon arrival. Please inspect your order and products as soon as they are delivered.

Refunds

  • All food sales of perishable items on CaviarHub are FINAL SALE for public and health safety reasons.
  • All sturgeon caviar, fish roe, fresh truffle, and other fresh food products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All other products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in their original condition and packaging.
  • Unopened and unused items returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the credit.

Exchanges

Non-perishable items or items that arrived damaged or spoiled can be exchanged.

Return Shipping

  • .CaviarHub.ca will supply customers with a return shipping label
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund for returns and exchanges.

Cancelling your Order

  • To cancel an order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team by email or live chat before the shipping cutoff time.
  • Orders that have already been picked, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
