We here out east in Cape Breton enjoy all fish and alot of backyard smokers. St Marys is the only local one. One time we came across smoked rainbow which was out of this world, that too shut down. Your fish was ok to our liking but I had hi hopes. Not an overall great smoke. Good overall.
