Its incredible! Buttery and salty, not at all fishy. Smooth texture and great for a caviar bump! I also loved it with some creme fraiche on a sea salt kettle chip. Total 10/10!
Everything ordered was good quality. Only the ice packs were melted. It would be helpful to have in the package a little note on how to store opened and closed can

I ordered Wednesday of last week both 50g of Beluga and 50 g of Oscietre. We had the Beluga this weekend with the Blinis, the cream and Blanc de Blanc champagne. Absolutely divine experience.
The delivery was fast, we got the caviar Thursday morning. Service is excellent. Patrick was super helpful.
Great delivery, timing. The caviar with the little pancakes was kinda bland. I did try a trend with lays lightly salted chips and yes, it’s weird BUT it kicked the flavor up a notch.

As for the flavour, Siberian caviar is a wonderful entry point into the world of caviar. It's known for being clean and mild by nature, which some love and others find a little understated.
If you're looking for something with more depth and complexity on your next order, we'd be happy to point you toward a variety with a bolder profile (Osetra, Kaluga, Imperial, Sevruga). We think it could be a bit of a revelation! 😊

Our White Sturgeon is intentionally selected as an approachable, entry-level sturgeon caviar with a milder flavour profile, and we understand that it may not meet the expectations of someone accustomed to premium Caspian caviars. For those seeking a richer, more traditional experience, our Beluga, Ossetra, or Kaluga are generally much closer in character.
