A balanced, well-rounded coffee with notes of dairy milk, fruit, and nut. Locally roasted in Quebec, Canada by Kohi Coffee Roasters.

Jesus "Chungo" Galeas worked with the Honduran Coffee Institute (IHCAFE) supporting farmers with soil analysis, harvesting, and processing. He now farms at La Falda in Selguapa and La Valeria in Intibuca, a farm he inherited at 17 and expanded to 5 hectares.
