Seven certified organic smallholder producers from Bomboca and Vista Alegre in the Colasay district cultivate this blend. Colasay has maintained independence from large cooperatives, allowing growers to continue with traditional varieties.
The coffees undergo short cherry fermentation before depulping, enhancing their ripe fruit character. Each lot is evaluated individually before approval for this high-quality blend.
