A complex, naturally fermented coffee with layers of tropical fruit and cocoa. Locally roasted in Quebec, Canada by Kohi Coffee Roasters.

Elías and Shady Bayter farm at El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, where they cultivate Red and Yellow Caturra varietals using natural anaerobic fermentation to develop the coffee's distinctive flavour profile.
