Ordered four different caviar and started the Siberian. My wife and I enjoyed every bit of it. We've had grocery store versions before and trust me this is so far superior in taste and mouth feel. My wife now a caviar lover. She hit it first and often.
We all loved the Lumpfish Roe (Black) Caviar. Nobody had ever had it and we just couldn't believe the flavour. One guest, from Iran and well versed in these thigs, told us that caviar originated in his country.

Not good. Thin and devoid of flavour or spice. Not sure what the point is here - texture too watery as a condiment, not strong enough to use in cooking.Disappointing given the price

I used, for the first time, your salmon roe on a pasta dish. It involved angel hair pasta, whipping cream, and Parmesan cheese. All topped with your Salmon Roe. It was delicious.
