The blinis tasted fine but the packaging was not up to par. They were vacuum sealed too tight and had to peeled apart. Most were so compressed they just stuck together, not the fluffy blinis I’ve had in the past.

I loved it! It was my first time trying caviar and you guys didn’t disappoint
the Bellini’s where all stuck together and hard to separate after opening the package they all ripped in pieces as soon as we touched it

The caviar didn't arrive on the stated delivery day, spent two days on a truck and arrived at room temp, which I think affected the taste and texture.
