Stiven Hoyos, 22, represents the new generation of coffee producers in San Agustín, Huila. He manages his family's legacy farm at Balceros, cultivating 800 Red Caturra and Pink Bourbon trees. A member of Monkaaba, a collective of young producers under 35 focused on specialty coffee quality and sustainable growth, Stiven believes rural specialty coffee offers a promising future for his generation.
